Is there a recording available after the session?

No. This is a live working session only and will not be recorded. The frameworks and templates are yours to keep, but the live session itself is not available on replay. This is intentional: the value comes from the live diagnostic work, not passive watching.

What is the format of the session?

75 minutes on Google Meet. The first 60 minutes walk through the five-step diagnostic framework with real logistics operator examples. The final 15 minutes are open Q&A. You are encouraged to bring a specific workflow problem to discuss.

Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

Nothing is required. If you can, come with a rough sense of where your team spends the most time on manual work. That context will make the Q&A more useful for you. All frameworks and worksheets are provided during the session.

Is this really free? What is the catch?

Yes, completely free. At the end of the session we briefly mention how Moduvo can help implement the diagnostic findings. That is the extent of the pitch. The session itself is a working session, not a sales presentation. Attendees are under no obligation of any kind.

My company is smaller than 51 employees. Can I still attend?
