Is this actually free, or is it gated content? +
It's free. No upsell mid-session, no "send me your card to unlock the slides." We're opening the diagnostic up because operators in this segment usually don't get to see the working frame before they're already inside an engagement — and that's a worse outcome for everyone.
I can't attend live. Worth registering? +
Yes — registrants get the recording and the workbook regardless. The live session is better because of Q&A, but if your calendar's locked, register anyway and you'll get everything within 48 hours of the session ending.
We're an asset-based carrier, not a brokerage. Still relevant? +
Yes. The five workflow categories show up across all three sub-segments — carriers, brokerages, 3PLs. The specifics inside each category differ (carriers feel exception handling more on detention; brokerages feel it more on rate disputes) but the diagnostic is the same.
How small is too small? +
Below ~50 employees the workflow categories exist but the hours don't justify the diagnostic depth — most fixes are still in the "hire one more person" range. Above 500 you typically have the in-house ops engineering capacity to run this yourselves. The 51–500 band is the meaningful middle.
